Three months. If a placement leaves within that window, you get a refund or a free replacement, your choice. The refund tapers from 100% in the first two weeks down to 25% in month three, and a free replacement is available at any stage.
We invoice on the candidate's start date, payable within 30 days. Nothing is due before someone actually starts with you, and the guarantee applies once the invoice is settled.
We carry out initial identity and qualification screening as part of sourcing. Full right-to-work verification, DBS, references and any CQC fit-and-proper checks remain with you as the employer, since the candidate joins your payroll. We hand over everything we have to make that straightforward.
